This Licensing Intensive exists to help you start the year with informed direction, not assumptions. In 90 minutes, we assess what you already have, what’s viable for licensing, and where your expertise is best positioned for institutional adoption.

The goal isn’t momentum for momentum’s sake. It’s clarity that saves you time, money, and missteps. A small number of sessions are available to support focused planning at the start of the year.

Who You’re Working With

This intensive is led by Shalah Turner, MPA a curriculum developer and licensing strategist with over 11 years of experience helping experts and organizations structure, package, and scale knowledge for institutional use.

I hold a Master’s in Public Administration, which shapes how I approach this work - through systems, implementation, and real-world adoption, not theory. Combined with over a decade of hands-on experience across education, nonprofit, and organizational spaces, my focus is helping experts make decisions that actually work inside institutions.

This session is about clarity grounded in both education and experience, so you can move forward with confidence instead of assumptions.

This is a structured, working session - not a coaching call and not a sales conversation. During the 90 minutes, we review your expertise through an institutional lens, identify licensing viability, and map a clear recommendation for next steps based on where you are today. You’ll leave knowing whether to build, license, expand, or pause - and why.
